Refund policy

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 3 days if they are in their new condition. The customer is responsible to pay all shipping fees. 

To request a return/exchange, please follow the below steps: 

1- Contact us through instagram DMs and request us to issue a return label for you. 
2- Pay the shipping fees.

3- We will issue and send you a return label. 
4- Prepare the shipment and attach it with the return label and ship it. 
5- Once we receive the shipment, we will contact you within a week to finalize your return or exchange. 

Notes:

• This is the only way to return or exchange your online purchases. 
  
•  This complete process takes a minimum of 1 or 2 weeks to finish and we cannot rush it.
• Returns and exchanges of online purchases cannot be processed through stores that sell our products. 
  
• Please note that some items like Socks, Caps, and Swim-shorts… etc are exempt from exchanges and returns due to hygiene regulations.
